Vintage Rum Collection

Most of these barrels are leftovers, forgotten over time in a dark, dusty corner of a Caribbean warehouse, or the last barrel of a production line of a small local distillery that for one reason or another has stopped and sold its inventory.

These casks were mainly produced for local consumption and have spent their lives in the Caribbean climate to soak up the tropical flavours and develop the pure and charismatic taste of their origin.

All of these barrels are accompanied by a detailed CV that identifies the vintage, distillation method, batch number and source material. It is important to us that the original character is preserved and that the expertise of the distillery where it was produced is passed on to you. It’s a great opportunity to taste real, authentic and extremely rare rums from some old distilleries that use local sugar cane and traditional methods.
